I was diagnosed with it at age 16....due to sports injury. There are pain med treatments and surgery to help alleviate pain and problems. I have a lot of what you are explaining. I had arthroscopic surgery and it only helped for about a year. They wanted to reconstruct my knee when the first surgery failed to help. Go see a doctor. Sounds like arthritis.
